Hi
It’s not really a community building social event – there is only one owner that lives on site.
The bigger question is that owners need to become aware of the fact that the common areas are in a bad condition. I would like it to become a catalyst for having a building maintenance report/template. We do not have one at present.
The owners who have come on site have expressed surprised at the maintenance /repairs needed.
