Reply To: Strata Manager refuses to refund locksmith cost

Apologies for taking so long to give you an update on this. I found the notice on the notice board and there was no contact there for a locksmith. There was the contact number (mobile) for the strata manager and some trades people. A few days after I posted my question here the strata company sent me an email asking for my bank details because they had decided that they would refund the cost for the locksmith. So I was happy about that – it also makes me wonder if they look at your website?
