      A neighbour has requested permission to construct an awning on their balcony which will cause substantial shadings issues for my balcony. I am not opposed to the construction but rather to the location. My objections are NOT being considered by the Strata committee and permission to construct will surely be granted at an upcoming EGM.
      I would appreciate thoughts and advice from forum members.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
