No common property taken over and no access point blocked. Remember this is in a bathroom and the access point no longer exists as it was permanently closed by the committee. That is one of my gripes as if there is a problem with the plumbing there can be no fix quick or otherwise. A brick wall is a brick wall so they can just go in from the common property hallway or stairs instead if they need to fix something.
