Why is it that resident owners pay the same amount of strata fees as the investing owners when the majority of the time the tenants are the people who cause the most damage, wear/tear throughout the building due to frequent relocating to other premises.

Long term owners cause very little damage, if any, and over long periods of time payout consistantly through no fault of their own. Therefore resident owners should pay less.
