      OCN EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP
      THE ESSENTIALS OF STRATA LIVING
      RENOVATIONS, REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE; YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
      THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR
      Owners in strata apartments who want to learn more about
      • getting the best out of apartment living
      • protecting their home and their investment
      AND PARTICULARLY
      • owners in smaller and older buildings, including self-managed schemes
      • owners who have current issues in their building, who need dialogue and answers
      LOCATION : Kirribilli Club, 11 Harbourview Crescent, Lavender Bay 2060
      DATES: The workshop will run twice – on 7th May & 28th May 2011
      TIME: 9.30am to 4.00pm
      COST: $60.00 non-members, $45.00 members, includes morning and
      afternoon teas and light lunch
      The maximum number of participants for each workshop is 80

      PROGRAMME
      In each session a speaker will present important aspects of
      the subject and give some real life examples of solutions to
      issues, followed by Q&A and discussion; and the panel
      discussion will provide a wider opportunity for discussion.

      MORNING
      Governance: Colin Grace, strata lawyer
      Management: Richard Gration, lawyer and executive committee member
      Financials: John Hutchinson, accountant

      AFTERNOON: Physicality Chris Mo’ane, building consultant

      Panel Discussion Covering questions sent in by registrants before the day, and submitted during the day, similar to Q and A.
