    Hi Guys,

I have recently purchased a unit in QLD. On the sketch for allocation of exxclusive use it has the area that is deemed to be exclusive use for each unit. As well as that area it also has patio outlined. There are only two units on the ground floor that has patio. sketched in along with the additional exclusive use common proerty.

What I was hoping to find out is if the patio on the sketch is not included in common property does that mean it is actually mine as part of the unit and I am therefore able to put up a patio cover etc for it?

    Thanks
