      This was, until I removed it – the second posting by this member with exactly the same question.  For that reason I have deleted the posting.  Please don’t open up a new thread in a new area when your question has already had a number of answers.

      If the answers you received were unsatifactory, go back to the original thread and say so – please don’t clutter up the Forum with multiple repetitions of the same issues. – JimmyT

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
