Neighbouring block residents have invaded our parking

      People from strata next to ours  cut a hole in our communal fence then installed a gate for easy access
      to our visitors parking site where they proceed to park their car day and night.     They cut limbs off trees
      Near the said gate to make it easy to walk to their car.   SC have approached the persons concerned by email
      To discuss the situation.    They have persisted with parking .
