hi, i need a recommendation of a good acoustic consultant/engineer who charges reasonable fee to assess the noise level.  I know there’s a listing on AAAC, though just wondering if anyone had personally used and would recommend any particular firm or individual?

Long story short:  ever since there are new tenants living above me, the noise issue has gotten worse as they have 2 kids running around and throwing stuff on the floor all the time.  According to the owner, a 2mm acoustic Foamlay was placed underneath floorboards, which is supposed to surpass the minimum requirement of BCA.
