EC Meeting Motions

      Hi All

      Can a lot owner request a Motion be put forward at an EC Meeting and how is this best requested?

      Six of us were recently removed from the EC in an exercise in vote-farming and the new EC will not permit us to speak at EC meetings.  I can’t see anything about Motions at EC Meetings in Dept of Fair Trading literature.

      Do we now have to wait till the next Annual General Meeting to raise topics?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
