Is it possible for an individual owner to lodge a complaint with the CTTT about another owner who is breaching the by-laws? The relevant by-law is “appearance of lot” (the most ill-defined of all the standard by-laws). The offender is the secretary of the EC who has the numbers in the EC and general meeting where resolutions to refer the breach have failed.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
