      Does anyone have a standard special resolution by-law that could be used for someone constructing an awning above their terrace and taking responsibility for any damage to common property while attaching it, and any damage caused by the failure of the awning,for instance, in high winds?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
