      Hi,

I have a case that building manager using false statement by saying he got permission from me (Head-tenant) to enter premises and while inside, he walk around as his own the place as well as take pictures. Are they allow to do that? Please give me your thought? Thanks heaps.

      Regards,

      Charlie

No they’re not, but perhaps they’re concerned that you’re sub-letting the premises and want proof of that possible breach of your Lease.
