Hi, It doesn’t sound easy, and I wouldn’t leave my vote wafting around like that if I wanted a vote to be counted the way I wanted things to go. I would really trying to find a like minded owner neighbour who doesn’t mind acting as a proxy. Maybe also make a friend! Good luck!
