    Hi Webman

    You’re absolutely right, we need to figure out whether the costs make sense.  But without knowing what the options are, I didn’t even have info to cost it out (and our strata manager has not been helpful in suggesting solutions).  At least now I have a few ideas to explore.  Thank you.
