Why combine two Titles in Strata? For one thing, Centrelink considers the second Title an Asset, and that means I am over the Asset limit for the Age Pension!
I have two Titles for my Villa home in Southern Sydney. The second Title is on the Garage. Our Strata Plan covers eleven Villas. My two bedroom Villa is the only property with two Titles.
I am not interested in selling, leasing, or starting a business in my garage.
How do I get rid of the second Title?
