Hey Jimmy, the gov seem to be behaving like lemming masters. Just take the leap guys!! Would I do that now if I were in my 20’s – probably yes. Renting long-term is quite de-stabilising mentally. Does though depend on the kindness of the landlord. Banks are happy though.
