It is the $240 that I am concerned about. This is for a 12 unit block managed by a large firm. If $36 is sent to Strata Hub then they are charging us over $200 to update the hub with a new date and a new committee member’s name. I would accept $55 or similar for their time to do this, but this amount seems excessive.
