BRAVO to Gloucester19 i.e., and the above post. I to have written a number of times re this Engage Victoria Government OC Act 2006 review exercise. The Expert Panel’s Final Report from the Review was provided to the Minister for Consumer Affairs, the Hon. Nick Staikos MP in December 2025. The Government is carefully considering the Final Report and will have further announcements to make regarding the OC Act in the coming months. In the meantime, the consultation paper and stakeholder survey for the review remain available to view on the Engage Victoria webpage at https://engage.vic.gov.au/OCAc
