Hi , uberowner , thanks for replying .
There is building ,repair work starting in the complex .
My unit is not included ,it’s nearly a year now since the water ingress and absolutely nothing has been done to fix my problem ,I have just paid a special levy close to $17000 to fix other people’s units .
What should I ask for at mediation?
Something in writing? Before applying to ncat .
You were saying ,the first fix (a new roof )didn’t fix it.
That was just a sham and the strata company got a kickback from that ,that’s for sure!
