Thanks Jimmy.  My first time navigating the website.  It was a rather hasty plea for help as our EC had received via our Strata Manager, a solicitor's letter with two days to reply, requesting access to the Asbestos Register that, due to major renovations being carried out, we are required to maintain.  All is sorted and further testing has proved we don't has an issue is asbestos.  As a newcomer to the Flat Chat forum, I think it is absolutely brilliant.  Being on the EC can be a thankless task but sharing problems and information on solving those problems makes life a whole lot easier.
