Thanks everyone…  The Dept of Fair Trading has advised myself that my strata manager told them that they had the “entitlement” to contact the EC about my complaint, which worries me…  This makes me think what other information do they have which they would feel they had the “entitlement” to let other people know about?!  I would have felt that the conversations between a service provider and a client would have been automatically confidential.  I lodged the complaint with Dept of Fair Trading as someone there told me that they breached the codes of conduct?  Does anyone know more about this?
