Ah, Phlebe, thanks for the vote of confidence.  Let's just assume everybody in the industry is still getting to grips with the new legislation – but if you haven't heard from your strata manager about this in, say, six months, it might be time to ask why.

As far as letting them know you subscribe to Flat Chat, let's just say a lot of strata managers don't hold me in the highest regard (which is exactly as it should be!)
