About 12 months ago I applied for three Strata searches and was charged $250 each (Sydney, NSW).
That was supposed to be the discount rate as I was referred by my conveyancer.
They were very thorough, and I was happy with the result.
After also paying for building inspection and pest checks, and clarification from the conveyancer and discussing the different places, I know I have bought a good place to live in peace and harmony with my neighbours.
