Hi just a variation on a theme _ if there is a leak in the roof as a result of a leaf guard being incorrectly placed resulting in a leak through into the unit and damaging the ceiling and the carpet requiring plaster and painting. Is this the responsibility of the owner to repair and plaster and paint?
