80k damage coming…will it happen to you?

      I just bought this property.

      and the unit down stairs has advised strata of termite damage on their ceiling.

      Guess what?

      strata told me this is common property and we have to pay it.

      my question is

      1. should the unit down stairs pay all or even most of the damage?

      2. shouldn;t the strata have responsibility in ensuring the building is checked on a timely basis?
