      Hi,

      I’d appreciate thoughts on owner access to areas such as switchboards.

      Is the COO (EC in states other than WA) able to restrict owner access to such areas?

      I would have thought not since such areas are common property which owners would normally have access to.

      However, this is strata, and so all sorts of exceptions are likely.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
