      in the recent survey by UNSW, 85 percentof respondents said they had defects in their buildings.  What does that tell us?  That 15 percent hadn’t checked.

      All new buildings have defects.  Very few developers are prepared to accept that without a fight?

      How do we stop millions of dollars and eons of sleepless nights being wasted bashing our heads on this particular wall?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
