Our block of 8 units slopes from the street to the back. Our unit is at the back of the block and because of the slope, is about one storey above the common grassed area below. I wish to attach a set of stairs from our balcony to the grassed area below, which is not used by other unit owners. Do I need a special resolution? I hope not because two unit owners will not agree, despite the fact it does not affect them.

      What can I do?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
