my wife owns a bedsit unit in inner Sydney which she rents out. The neighbour is the son of the owner however it is kept in a very poor state of repair and cleanliness. In fact the tenants are moving out due to the smell and cockroaches. Orders to clean the flat to the owner from the body corporate have been ignored. My question is what are her options? Can my wife work to get this guy evicted for example?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
