Chairperson – How long are they in position for.

      Hello, can you please advise how long the “Chairperson” has in the position that they are in.  

      We having a medium sized strata plan and the EC have decided that there only be two persons on the EC – the chairperson and one other.  

      Is there a designed time that they can be in authority and hold that particular position?
