Common Property or not Common Property

      Hi all,

       

      Please advise, if the parking lot under the unit entitlement, would that parking space under common property or private ? or  any specific Strata Schemes Management Law I can refer to ?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
