Council waste charges

      I live in a complex of 16 and each lot is being charged for a 120 litre bin by council in its rates, but we only have 5 (emptied twice a week) between the 16 of us. Is this legal?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
