Hi Jimmy,

If a strata plan allows dogs via a by-law, is the SP in any way liable should a dog bite another resident on common property or worse still, maul a small child?

Or is the owner of the dog completely liable for medical costs etc?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
