      Hi all just wondering about playing an electric guitar in a block of units. The noise disturbance in my apartment from upstairs is quite loud and the bass can be heard over my tv. Is there a time restriction to this level of noise? The person/player is a renter and doesn’t seem to care.

      Any advise would be appreciated

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
