Electricity supply change

      Can an owner change their metre and electricity supply to their unit from single phase to three phase without permission or do they need to apply to the owners corporation for permission?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
