Jimmy, you have pointed out quite a few times lately that Executive Committees don't have to and can't be made to enforce by-laws in NSW unless they involve maintaining Common Property.

      What's your game?

If it's trying to get the Strata Titles Act to change, is this a good way of going about it, do you reckon?

Surely Executive Committees must have to get involved where miscreant and anti-social residents, almost literally, make life unliveable for everyone else, don't they? Or such travesties are allowed to take place such as in 'Treasurer bought a Common Property'.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
