      I have a number of questions;

      1. Are short-term renters (one day or more) staying in strata units, tenants?

      2. If they are tenants does the landlord have an obligation to provide such tenants with a copy of the bylaws?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
