Move fence to the correct boundary

      Good evening, is any one aware of a court/tribunal case or precedent set where an existing fence was erected across the common boundary and was not moved for about seven years,now the  owner of lot 1 wants the fence moved to the true boundary, which is on the boundary of lot 2 and the common property.Both lot owners have equal unit entitlements.Thanks

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
