need advice on how to get installation approval by the executive committee

      first time here.

      Hi all, my name is Rob and my property is with nswstrata. My property in Telopea was invaded by bird mites( they bites like fleas ), and the source was from the roof gutter. I send pictures of my tenants young boy getting seriously bitten to the nswstrata manager and the executive committee and i request them to install bird spikes / gutter guard so this kind of things will not happen again. The response i’m getting is that they are waiting for approval, and months after months no reply. Now they gave me options like the corporate pays half the cost and owner(me) pays half and only around my unit which i said ok let’s do this. They still told me to wait and it is not progressing at all (original request submitted in Jan and now is June).  And another thing is this guy in the committee is suggesting that wait for tenants in my unit getting bit again then they will act on it, until then let’s hope that the bugs wont return again.

       

      need some serious advice here.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
