No fire safety inspections

      Hi, my partner and I have just moved into a block of units in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. It’s a small block of 9 units, no lifts…and there has never been a fire assessment conducted, the building was built circa 1960. Is this normal? As a new owner, what is there that we need to do to ensure the building meets its fire compliance obligations.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
