Obtaining another unit’s details

      Hi all — We’ve recently applied for mediation with another unit regarding their floorboard noise. They are yet to confirm their attendance and the mediator has suggested we try obtain their full names on the title. I have spoken to Strata and they are refusing to provide this due to privacy reasons.

       

      What is the best way to get this?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
