So i have established that the concrete slab between my first and second floor townhouse is common property and therefore the original floor tiles attached to the floor in the laundry are also common property ( no exception is stated on the registered strata plan). SM had said these tiles coming loose are my responsibility  but Fair Trading insist they are OC responsibility. SM is quoted ” floor tiles are owner’s responsibilty unless OC needs to remove them to get access to common property floor for repairs to floor” I’ve been duped into paying for common property repairs before so i just can’t trust them. I’m totally confused.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
