We want to renovate our investment property: a new kitchen, bathroom, carpets, paint. We have had a by-law written up but the EC keeps moving the date of their meeting and says they can’t do anything until there is a full meeting. Is this so and do we have any other options? We’ve been ready for months and they say the next meeting isn’t until May!

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
