Occupants in our basement car park have taken to removing bollards that protect the egress routes. Now a car has been parked on an egress route blocking an emergency exit door and fire hose access. It’s been there for over two weeks.

What can the OC do now? Is it negligent to do nothing?

What will the OC be able to do when the new Act and Regs come into effect?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
