Parking lease

      I purchased an apartment with a carspace included in the sale of the property. The carspace is not on the title but on a 99 year lease. It has been months now and the strata manager has been ignoring requests from my solicitor to provide the relevant documentation in order to transfer the lease from the previous owners and into my name. Correspondence I have had with the strata manager has not been productive.. My efforts to find out information on the matter have been replied with “the lease is under a different scheme and you are not entitled to that information”. Any advice?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
