Hi all. Just wondering if anyone has any comments on this situation. A tenant has asked his owner if he can park a motorbike that he intends to purchase on his front balcony which is really a terrace. He does not have a garage. The layout of the property s that there are single storey units that are located side-by-side with the front door leading to a private terrace. It is similar to an old motel style. Therefore, this motorbike would be driven from the common driveway onto the common grassed area in front of the units then onto the common front path and then onto the private terrace of the unit involved. There are units located on each side of this particular unit. The owner has not yet made a formal request of the owners corporation and we are currently comtemplating any potential issues associated with this seemingly simple request.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
