Private property repairs

      I live in an owners Corporation (Vic). My front driveway is fully on my own title and I have no common property. Does our OC have the power to send me a quote to repair pavers on my private driveway? Accepting the quote is at my discretion but I thought Owners Corporations could only make decisions in relation to common property.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
