Selling common property to an owner

      I currently live in an appartment building which has lovely grounds and gardens. A  new owner to the block (who does not live in his appartment) wants to turn the lawn area into additional parking which he wants to buy and add to his unit entitlements. When he bought the appartment he knew it only had 1 garage but he has 3 cars. He said he will not move in until he gets his way. Many owners enjoy the land and the lovely view it offers.. Could you please advise on this issue. Confused

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
